Areas of expertise

Microsoft 365 Migrations I have worked on a variety of tenant-to-tenant migrations and on-premises to cloud transitions. In these projects, I am typically responsible for managing identity migration and email migration. Projects range from only a few dozen users up to over 100,000 mailboxes.
Active Directory and Domain Controllers For identity management, Active Directory is still the core service in many organizations. I work with organizations to troubleshoot Active Directory configuration issues and implement new Domain Controllers. I am experienced working with complex environments with hundreds of locations, high user volumes, and multiple domains.
Hybrid Environments Larger organizations typically synchronize identities between Active Directory and Entra ID. I implement Entra ID Connect and Entra Cloud sync for synchronization. I also support Exchange hybrid environments.
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificates If you have deployed Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) to support deploying internal certificates for applications and domain controllers, I can assist with migrating to a new supported operating system. I can also help you design new PKI infrastructure using public certificate authorities and automation.
